Well to be honest, we can't really give any comments because all you did was add color to a gray scaled sketch I guess you could try adding some slight green gradient to the shadows and adding red to the palms (high blood flow area) and some blue tinge to the veins. Also to create skin tones it is a mixture of color, that is why it comes off as an unhealthy tinge.

Like I said i'm just getting color practice it's nothing to serious. I'll try touching it up tomorrow.
