If it's big it's close, if it's small it's far away. (unless placed behind something of course) No, that's not fov is it now. It's decided by how wide you make it, simple enough. But it will give a clear fisheye effect.

The 'ears' aren't in proportion to each other. The right one needs to be smaller/lower down.
