Been struggling with the placement/design of text for quite a while.

Ok, constructive criticism it is.
Learn to draw, look up on tutorials on how to draw real life people, then when you can handle real life people, values, material definition, anatomy, perspective, composition, colour contrasts, etc etc etc then you can start developing your own cartoon style if you crave for it so much and then draw your own damn image instead of placing pre-made drawings on a canvas.
Even if you [i]did[/i] draw it, my criticism is still: go and create your own art-style.

Text placement can be troublesome, but remember that it's just as much a part of the piece as any other part. You could try experimenting with rotation and font color, along with two-toned text. Don't be afraid to go over the rabbit either, and make sure that above all else readability is your priority being it an advertisement.
I like the vertical characters a lot, they flow with the background and have a good movement downwards into the picture, the words could be larger slightly, maybe just one or 2 points. Just out of curiosity what's the dimensions?

The dimension is 4134 x 5846
Planning to place this on local ads too, so I guess there wouldn't be any point hiding anything anymore lol

We've been over it. It's shit. You just made it in that horrible scene editor moved it to flash did some shit there like adding that damn text and now you're here with your THIRD FUCKING REPOST OF THE SAME FUCKING SHIT.
It has zero effort in it, it required 0 skill out of you and it has 0 originality.
The overall theme is stupid, it's a "OOH MADNESS IT'S COOL IMMA SHOW IT TO ALL AND IMMA COOL"
I used to draw that sort of shit with stickfigures on a large scale when I was 6, but I never showed it to anyone because I knowed what it was. You're just an attentionwhoring/trollan cunt.

It isn't that you 'stole' the picture. WE KNOW you meticulously placed each piece of the picture and made a scene that looks like the game that was adapted into videos and adapted furthermore into an easily accessible scene editor and still has a style no one who considers themselves an artist will ever care about.
There is nothing to critique except your inability to not play stickerbook.

The background isnt too bad, but everything is too round and blurry. I'd contrast the blurry background with sharp box as the background for the content. Currently it looks like you tried to do some sort of blend between Windows 7 and web 2.0. And failed.
