First attempt at poetry, point and laugh: [b]Armageddon[/b] Pressed atop rolling hills With blades of grass diffusing doubts We came under the fire of a ubiquitous sunlight, We let loose our breaths and begin to share ourselves Our lips grasp one another, marching to the descending sun The air turns cold, as if it knows the Armageddon had just begun The empty night sky roars with a thunderous cry, as spears of lightning descend from above Climbing the horizon is the hell fire, a tribulation to what we've done In that moment I am cast into flame, bellowing screams as my skin rolls apart My boiling innards cascade from my chest as my charcoal fingers dive into my bubbling flesh Alone atop rampant hills Armories of grass incising my unprotected flesh A glaring Sun embraces me with its' ubiquity Still coating me in unease I twist myself away from its' gaze to an empty bed of grass This is your spot.
