way too far away though [editline]9th March 2011[/editline] how can you disagree it's way too far off, and doesn't make sense. The arms collapse to be nothing, yet the dude is huge. He doesn't fall in perspective at all.
those aren't arms :| [editline]uu[/editline] I tried to guess the perspective on a curved surface instead of figuring it out and it turned out like ugh
You need to use a combination of perspectives if you want to show smoething that's THAT far away. Air perspective and such.

not that u know of!!!
not that u know of!!!
Touché.
Tagged because it's larger than I thought it was. Alright not much to look at here, but I think this is really lacking a lot on the base inside of it, instead of just having that same solid color (other than the scattered hatches here and there) what could I add to make it less bland? Oh yeah, and I have a question about perspective that I never fully understood. When ever I see a perspective guide/tutorial, they always have the objects completely lined up on a grid to each other's rotation like there. My question is what do I do when there's an object that's not lined up with the VP?
I think when you have rotated objects you need to have 2-3 VPs kinda like this
something like this [editline]wobwobwob[/editline] 3 point? 2+1 point?
Malin, how do you draw such beautifully clean lines? And also, how long does it take you to draw a Zombiewaffe character? [editline]10th March 2011[/editline] P.s. you wrote 3 point perspective.
I hold in shift. Also like how long does it take to sketch out a character or uhm you have to be more specific
Well, in ZombieWaffe your characters have really smooth line, whenever I draw something like that I spend 1 hour drawing it and 1 hour just making the lines smooth. Even then its far from perfect.
Pff I dunno it depends but I use more time on sketching than lineart. And dis be a forum it's freaky if you use my real name
Sorry, old habit.
Yer Daniel, real names are freaky.
Ok Josh, I won't use them then.
It gets too personal
I like personal. I don't like being formal, I love talking personal and I enjoy knowing who's on the other side of the keyboard.
How do you guys know each others names? That's weird.
But this isn't a discussion thread so lets stop it there. EDIT:
How do you guys know each others names? That's weird.
Magic, Devin. Magic.
Hey guys, I could really do with some help. This is a really early sketch and generally I am pretty good at drawing anatomy but this pose is completely destroying me. I noticed when taking the photo that his arms are too short, and his left leg is a bit shorter than the right. How can I improve his pose? Sorry for the bad quality.
How do you guys know each others names? That's weird.
yeah Devin, it is a bit weird nice to meet you my names Ed :)
