While it's nice you provided us a gif, how about a static final result?

kay first off you messed up the proportions. Most noticabely: the legs are too short. He looks like a monkey. Then there are the hands that seem to be different lenghts and such, head that seems to be bit small and facial proportions that are all over the place.
The pose is fine, it's in balance and all and feels tad dynamic even, and I aint gon go in depth with that.
The anatomy is really iffy as well. due to lack of knowledge some bodyparts appear as blocks.
I advise you to pick up a pencil and look up some tutorials on DA(NOT ANIME!) and try to follow them. For example feet tutorial, some basic hand tutorial, DA has some nice ones on male body and face etc.
Use a pencil,it'll teatch you to control yourself better.
Once you done with tutorials do a few drawings where you try to replicate a photo. try to replicate photo in 10min, 5min, 3min, 1min, 30sec and then again 10min. Do it a few times and then try drawing somethiing else from head and try to find a reference image to help.

It's wierd, I draw on paper fine, but when I try to transfer what I do to photoshop it looks way to messy and ugly.
