Hey guys, What would be a good way to start in art? I've just began in it and have no good idea on how to begin with.. Anything really, So I would appreciate some advice.

You can't just start in "art", you have to start in a certain kind of art, if you get what I mean. Post something you've done so we can judge what you can do and where you can go with it.

T.F.W.O - this isn't personal, please take this and improve: There's nothing appealing about it to me, no elements make sense and it's a hard image to understand. The #1 rule within graphic design is readability - you're going to want to make it very clear what it is within the first few seconds of seeing it. Hell, if you hadn't told me I'd still have no clue what it was. The fonts are boring, the colors - I understand wanting to remain in style, but it's... well, it's appalling and has nothing to do with anything. Please fix that then I'll finish my critique. I am going to keep the colors, it is designed to be printed in mass/at home, hence "street team" flyer. The text could be a bit more interesting though.

The general layout is good but when I saw this at the store I'd laugh my ass off, buy one and then donate it to a museum to be preserved forever. As a warning for future generations.

But don't be discouraged, just research a bit, practice, practice, practice and you'll be on the right path.

And never rely on one design. A stupid thing to bet on one horse, it is. Know from firsthand experience.
