Conspiracy Theorists are harassing somebody I know - General

Sueing him on monday. It'll be just like the BREIN and TPB case. The guy doesn't show up, he pretty much automatically loses, has to pay up. The police retrieved his address, he dared to sue, and a sue he shall get. Or that's what I've heard.

Apparently the address is only a PO Box but the request for his real address is already at the American Embassy. I'll be able to get his phone number when we're done with all the legal work for you American FP'ers to prank call him.

But if he has to pay up it's going to be the court costs, lawyer costs and several hundred euros for "damages" with the defaming he did. I don't get what the issue is. Are they harrassing you and her personally? Or are they just being wackjobs and jabbering over that picture on their site?
