Strategically placed holes are extremely rare. People also aren't going to be cutting holes in those suits, and no one is going to want to have sex in them. They aren't exactly machine washable, and body fluids aren't a very good thing to get in the suit or on them, and we go back to the BO and heat issue

In person its literally just a dude in an animal costume having fun most of the time. Most people who aren't internet-aware tend to find them quirky and entertaining, which is exactly how most suiters act in one. Its basically just cosplay in the end.
