http://www.justcause2mods.com/
I wish there was a mod that made traffic much more dense. I know it doesn't really fit with the setting, but it'd still be cool to have traffic jams. The only mod I found slightly increases traffic volume; the mod's author said the engine couldn't support any more (I could never figure out how to use the mod tools to try)
I have tried this several times, it hilarious when the plane crashes into the small island ahead.
Sweet jesus that ending
Too bad that JC2 Mods website has a DL limit, i could only download two things.

I hate how JC2 doesn't have cheats on console :(
Software can crash your computer if it handles memory like a chimp handles faeces. It it causes overheating due to stressing a component too much (invest in better cooling in that case). Or if it makes a call to your OS that causes the kernel to shit itself (BSoD/ Kernel panics). Just because something doesn't have hardware access doesn't mean it can't cause a system to fail.
That is correct but BSOD means the computer didn't crash. Something indeed went wrong, but BSOD prevents the damage.

[editline]31st March 2012[/editline]
Oh really? How come my old Geforce GT 220 can barerly run it on medium? It's impossible to get playable framerate in the cities with my GTX 560 Ti (on max atleast). I hope you are not just running around at the desert.
You don't know about nVidia's naming conventions. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeForce#Nomenclature The gaming spec cards generally start at x60. Your GT 220 was a cheap card designed for basic graphics capability. As for your GTX 560 Ti, I have the same card, and I can max JC2 no problems, even in the cities.
