Possible falling wedge pattern may have formed in which case the bubble will continue.

I'm rather skeptical, but open to all options!
assume somebody is selling a cheese knife online and I want to buy it with bitcoins
how do I convert my cash to bitcoins, who do I buy from? where?
http://bitbargain.co.uk is the most popular UK site, really easy to use.
can anyone point me to any legit sites like sr now? i havent checked in on this stuff for a good year so i dont know if any new places have popped up
Can anyone vouch for or against the new sr?
i can vouch for sheep market place
Can anyone vouch for or against the new sr?
Don't order there. They dont even have vendor ratings/reviews enabled yet, among other important features like the coin tumbler.
I'd stick to BMR or sheep. Many old SR vendors have established themselves there. If you need help finding someone to buy from just PM me.
I can vouch for BMR
bmr is great
Another dodgy question that will most likely backfire, can anyone sell me a small amount of BTC (<0.1) via paypal? I'll go first etc etc
Can anyone vouch for 'DutchMagic'? on Sheep
he's dutch, so that should be fine
Any prediction when will bubble burst, and around how much will BTC cost?
Any prediction when will bubble burst, and around how much will BTC cost?
This move is entirely unprecedented in regards to previous bubbles so no predictions for top or bottom from me. One could consider the fall from 900 to 450 (Gox) a burst as it certainly qualifies as one in terms of how rapidly and how far the price went down, but the recent upwards movement, being very close to a burst but at the same time very strong (and as such no bull-trap) is something new.
It is however possible that the upwards movement won't last for long. There is a potential bearish rising wedge forming now which means price is likely to go down soon.

Considering the falling wedge I posted earlier proved to be valid it is fully possible this will be too. However, the scale of this wedge in relation to the previous wedge does create the potential for an interesting larger fractal wedge which could indicate future market movements.

It's also possible I'm completely wrong and the latest "crash" was in fact just a wave 4 Elliott wave and we're going to the moon :)
But this is all just speculation, don't take my word for it.
I imagine that immediately after the crash, everyone will buy causing the price to rise fairly quickly again?

Yes but not to ATH levels, and not for very long. It's what is usually called a bull trap or dead cat bounce.
Or a faulty pogo stick.
So my wallet's finally done catching up on the weeks. Is there anything else I need to know before I start looking to buy BTC?

I have a friend (I literally do, this isn't avoiding self incrimination or anything) who's planning on buying when the time is right. Is there any consensus on when that would be, or is it just really unpredictable?

why would you need to avoid incriminating yourself over buying bitcoins anyway?

There is no telling when the time is right, only indicators that point towards where we might be heading next.

I wouldn't, I just thought it sounded like I was, hence the clarification. People usually say "a friend of mine" when they're trying to avoid self incrimination.
Disregard this post.
