We tried to make things as secure as possible, but not until now were we able to pull panel access back up for folks.

It's a lesser of two evils sort of situation but in reality there aren't many important files up on anyone's servers, other than their world files and databases, and I'm not so sure anyone who learns of this would take the time to use any of that in a malicious way.

Some authorization plugins store passwords in plaintext. That and every server.log is available which contains private conversations or whispers or other things which really shouldn't be available for public download and scraping. "Lesser of two evils" isn't justification for a wrong act.
What kind of ETA would we be looking at for your host to get running? LethalDrive wouldn't be 'right' without the bros that made up Brohoster. I know that about 4000 people are looking for new hosts.

Yeah, come up with a better solution to provide 3.7 thousand servers' data to their respective clients with no user detail access on a network that was private for the most of time, then.

Your absolutely right. People possibly losing passwords that can easily be changed, is completely legitimate grounds for deleting the servers that people spent hundreds of hours in building and exploring.

I don't know how many moderators have been watching over all of this, and I don't think there have been any thanks towards them besides Hexxeh for his VPN, so I'd like to extend a personal thanks, and a thanks on behalf of the staff for not bringing down any hammers or locks on our threads so we could help out our clients.
