They don't have money for a legal team. Andrew especially is attempting to pay for college, and he said earlier that that might even fail now.

Oh I don't mean to sound pushy. It's just that over on some webhostingtalk thread, Matt was saying how people filing claims cost everyone else their refund. So we all filed claims just to spite him. If that's true though I will withdraw mine gladly :)

do not withdraw...as we have no clue what matt's situation is but would hate to see people getting screwed over anymore. but brian is working very hard on things so don't freak if you don't get an answer right away.

I kinda feel bad pre-ordering with LethalDrive now. I wanted to throw my money at you guys due to the excellent Customer Service you guys showed (I actually wasn't even a Brohoster customer - but you guys impressed me so much).
