• Is anyone else here absent minded?

Often I go somewhere in my house, forget why, and start doing something else. Like earlier, I went downstairs to get a dvd and ended up walking to the kitchen and staring blankly into the fridge for several seconds. Also I once forgot I was watching a dvd in the middle of watching it and turned off the dvd player, thinking someone else had left it on, then took a few seconds to work out why the movie had stopped. So yeah, I'm pretty absent minded.
I hate when I think of something, which leads me to think about another thing to keep thinking about that thing, then when I think about the other thing I forget to think about the first thing so I forget it and I think really hard to remember the first thing.
I feel like I've heard the words "absent minded" a lot in my life, but I can't remember where or when.
Yes. That's why I decide to write my idea down, so I don't forget it. Only, half the time I forget to write it down. :saddowns:
Does staring at the bathroom wall for 15 minutes and then remembering I turned the shower on count? If it does I'm fucked when I hit 60.
I have awful memory. Like someone will tell me to do something, I'll say I'll do it right after x and forget immediately, I even do this mid conversation.
I'm never home when I have the greatest ideas, but when i get home, i know I had an idea, but forgot what it was. Then I try to rationalize it and say "oh, well it must have been this" when I know it really wasn't :C
I absolutely am.
Yeah actually I remember this one ti-.....
I tend to forget things a lot (like what I'm doing, where I'm going, etc, etc), but that's normally because I have like 565464564564 different things on my mind at once, as opposed to nothing.
Yes.
I freeze and stare into emptiness, then a woman/girl walks from my line of sight and slaps me for "checking her arse/titties". Goddamnit woman, I WAS HERE FIRST!
