What do you guys think of the Honda civic 94 coupe as a first car? Maybe with a manual transmission. I'm not going to rice it and I really don't want to, but my dad has a set of momo rims in his garage that fits a civic, is it a reliable and safe car?

If anyone knows where I can get my hands on a glossy carbon fiber pipe with an ID of 54-55mm that doesn't require a minimum order of 2 tons, please let me know.

Put on a chin spoiler and some decals a while back. I'm thinking about lowering it. But how much do you think I can lower it, if anything at all, without buying camber plates as well? I've ordered brake pads for the Subaru. Ordered them in mid-June and they still haven't arrived. Apparently they've at least arrived to Sweden.

If you plan on tucking anything in the front you will probably need to rip out your fender liners and possibly roll the fenders depending on wheel and tire size, and offset. I dont know the suspension design of mustangs because ive never owned one, but with some IRS rwd cars (e36, 240sx are examples I know of) lowering the rear will add camber if the other suspension bits are stock.

I know the box says so..... But I didn't test it in water.... But the last time it was doing this I had a small hole in my heater core.... So o wonder if I'm leaking coolant...

Easy to work on so you clean learn to get your hands dirty and save tons of cash on a cheap car by working on it yourself. Hondas are pretty safe too, back when they were the safer cars of their kind but these days they don't hold up well to the heavy landbarge safety bubbles we call cars and SUVs now. They'll definitely keep you safe but if it involves someone else hitting you it will total out the car because they're designed to crumple like newer cars. They usually hold up pretty decent if you hit things though. 94's should have airbags too. Coupes are decent but if I recall the DX coupes don't have swaybars for some silly reason so they don't handle half as well as other models. I'd personally try to grab a hatch if possible. Integras are also a really great buy and stock for stock are a insanely better car, you can usually pick up a 94 Integra for similar money. Don't bother buying a Civic DX in automatic either, the D15B motors aren't bad but pair it with a worn out slush box and it's insufferably slow and lazy. If you can find an EX vtec Civic in automatic or an Integra in automatic you'll be far more happy with those than a DX/LX in automatic.
I wish I had some of you on snapchat. This morning at the end of shift I get into one of our neglected squads to move it. Things only got worse once I sat down. First it acted like the battery was dead. Put the key in and nothing happened. To make sure, since its extremely rare to have a dead battery, I take the key out and put it back in. This time it acts like it has juice. Except the dash was lighting up like a fucking christmas tree at a rave while making the worst noise. I saved the video. Ignore the out of focus and no sound (both on purpose for reasons) [vid]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11823009/other/Snapchat-5121562994211274499.mp4[/vid]

Its not vehicle, thus not my responsibly or problem to figure out whats wrong with it. We have an entire department dedicated to that. I'm pretty sure its either a loose electrical connection somewhere or a grounding issue based on what I saw when I was fucking around with it

The Integra interests me too, but the only problem is the used Integras in my area are modified. I really would like something with a manual transmission that's Honda though. also looking back at myself a few months ago I thought of ridiculous ideas of what my first car would be, one of the ideas was a mk4 supra lmao
