I want to get LED turning signals but the RSX's flasher is buried and impossible to get out. Is anyone familiar with the RSX and done this before? I know I could get load resistors, but I'm not a fan of cutting the wires and soldering.
loadresistors can be bought from any Autozone or advance or O' Reillys. If you do manage to get the flasher out, being it's a honda flasher its likely a 3 pin type. Inside those there is a shunt, basically a metal bar kinda thing that has a certain amount of resistance so when a bulb goes out the overall resistance in the circuit changes, giving the "Hyper flash" issue. You can either get one designed for LEDs from Here or you can solder in a few Ohm (> 1 usually) resistor in the place of the shunt, which will let you have LEDs in the circuit, but still get the flash if something happens with the bulb. This stuff here may help to shed some light, so to speak. http://www.ridgelineownersclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37691
Thats gotta just be a stock GT mustang with a terminator swap. All bullit mustangs were dark forest green in reference to the movie, otherwise it wouldn't make sense having it in black. Its not a cobra either because they had a special back bumper... (Im not proud of my mustang knowledge)
Get a proper trailer for it if those straps are actually holding it to the trailer. I hope you like tearing engines apart because theres a long list of things to test if that outboard isnt running.
What's wrong with the trailer? It's a rental anyways, I don't have a trailer. I'm not afraid to start picking the engine apart, and I pretty much all my mates have boats of their own and can help me out.
So.. how IS it to hang out with a bunch of Jaguar owners...?
It was a real nice atmosphere. The air was full of proper banter. I thought it was gonna be a bit weird as I'm like 1/2 (1/3rd in some cases) most of their ages.

Now this, kids, is what happens when you get a car painted cheaply [t]http://puu.sh/lMKFp.jpg[/t] [editline]7th December 2015[/editline] There's been done absolutely nothing to the new panel before painting: [t]http://puu.sh/lMKJk.jpg[/t]
Do you guys think it's worth the time and effort to switch my 2.5L from TBI to MPFI?

That shit wouldnt fly where I am.
They're fun, fast cars, but if you've ever driven them (at least the foxbody and sn95), the inside is set up weird. The shifter is way too forward and the seat is back, end up banging your hand against the dash. I squeezed in them not too bad, but for my 460 notchback fox I had to move the shifter back and recline the seat a bunch. [thumb]http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u423/Lawblind/EC4E0BF7-2B3B-4886-8B7F-F1EC648653B2_zps5016wawr.jpg[/thumb] You can sorta see here, the shifter used to be in that big hole, I moved it back to where the ash tray was. Worked like a dream. I still sorta miss that car, never did finish it but I ran out of funds [thumb]http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u423/Lawblind/A958C5EE-2AA8-4161-9AB6-1E6321B85B81_zpsfeqz4b8h.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u423/Lawblind/1F793686-CC8A-4BF0-A859-7833ADC6704B_zpsfpspna1o.jpg[/thumb] Yeah, a 460 fit in there. Before I changed the intake manifold it fit under the stock hood, was a insane sleeper.

Could have avoided this by sanding for like an hour tops.
That's your Blue XK? Its quite pretty, friend. What year is it?
Yeah it is, cheers. It's 2011 when they first came out.
That seems like such a dumb move, considering the paint job doesn't even look that bad from the photos. Could have avoided this by sanding for like an hour tops.
Heh, yep. The paintjob itself was pretty much perfect. I used an airgun (or whatever it's called) at it to, originally, blow away water but instead it blew the paint off all the way up to the middle of the C-pillar :v:
Do you guys think it's worth the time and effort to switch my 2.5L from TBI to MPFI?
I switched my Civic from DPFI to MPFI, according to Honda's statistics it went from a 92hp to 103hp at the crank and on top of that I tossed on the second largest stock intake manifold along with having a good few points of compression added. After I replace the super restrictive stock exhaust mani, if you told me it gained 15-20hp I would definitely believe it. The midrange and instant response increased a good bit, actual driveability is greatly increased with more power under all positions of partial throttle. The motor feels much better at all times despite still idling like trash sometimes since my throttle body needs to be tossed out. If you're converting it over to megasquirt/microsquirt or some sort of standalone for the MPFI. I would say absolutely do it because getting it tuned on top of that will result in a huge difference over the stock TBI.

The turbo version of the car came with MPFI, so I could essentially just swap over the intake manifold, fuel rail, and ECU. Then tune it for no boost at all.
Is it legal to sell a boat in Norway without the trailer? That shit wouldnt fly where I am.
Yeah, I don't see why it wouldn't be.

I can't wait for the AZ-1 to be legal to import here. Such a ridiculous car, and actually in my price range.
I can't wait for the AZ-1 to be legal to import here. Such a ridiculous car, and actually in my price range.
The USA import rules are serious BS, if I move over there I'd love to bring my car (206), but I think it would have to be a 205 GTI, there are example of those old enough now.

Unless you can chip it and run a map which is designed for the non-turbo setup, I wouldn't recommend doing it.
I can't wait for the AZ-1 to be legal to import here. Such a ridiculous car, and actually in my price range.
it's a hell of a lot to pay for a car like that, you're looking $10k before importing fees and whatever else is attached after that.
When your day aint the best and then your bro from the UK shows up sooner than you expected ...Your UK delivered Walbro [t]http://i.imgur.com/ixfsXPH.jpg[/t] oh man oh man. The Evo drives so much smoother. It's a very different car now. fyi the old pump was exactly the same but it was literally on it's last legs, almost needed a tow truck to get home when it went super bad.
So, new job+lots of money. I'm potentially looking at an overhaul of my 06 Mustang Gt. New transmission, built motor, twin turbo, and all new suspension. The other option I'm thinking about is selling my 06, getting a truck and a fox-body, and building the fox-body. I'm just torn right now.

You can do tons of stuff to it.
Yeah, that's exactly what you can do. It's a very modded ECU. It's definitely not cheap though unless you find a good deal on pretty much an entire setup. Everything will nickle and dime you from things like different style of PCV valve or intake mani gaskets. If you spend the effort to make it compatible with a modern standalone with some coil on plug and use modern injectors you'll see a good increase in performance, fuel mileage, ect. though. I'd assume that old ECU uses a 1 wire o2 and has very vague inaccurate triggers and low amounts of control.
