Well if you're paying the guy you can just do that whenever...

Is it bad? Maybe, but who cares. I'm at the same point with my engine. I just wanna buy a junk engine, rebuild it and shove it in my car, preferrably the 2.3l or an Aero.
Canceled my 11/7 appointment for my stereo install. Found another Best Buy that, on the site, had tons of appts this week. Made one for Thursday!
[QUOTE=lemon_lover;48877323]One of these days I'll get this trans in the car. Just waiting on bellhousing machining and GKTech to release their shifter.

On the bright side you can use it as a lawn ornament until then [sp]It looks really funny upright[/sp]
So a couple weeks ago, someone hit my car in the parking lot. It damaged my passenger side fender, luckily the guy stayed and called base security so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. The body shop I took it to actually ended up painting the whole front end of the car, which actually desperately needed it. Extremely happy with the results.
In other news, my power FC and boost controller and waiting on my shelf to be installed, looking at getting the car tuned this winter!

It was 60 degrees all last week, but for this weekend its suddenly 85. Completely fucked hunting, but it gave me an opportunity to wash the blazer before the snow comes

What're those metal lids on the ground?
that frustrating moment when you pull the hood latch on your land cruiser and the latch clicks open with the cable but the hood doesn't open
how big of a problem is this to fix? yanking on the cable does nothing, it must have broken further into the car.
Anybody got a connection in Japan for getting parts?

I live in Japan currently, a couple used parts stores are within an hour from me, I can take a look around if you want something specifically.
The metal things are little security bollards you can raise and lower to prevent parking / keep people out.

That dedicated rallycross truck is probably the coolest thing I've ever seen

mostly looking for some small stuff right now. A km/h speedo faceplate or a gauge for my Z would be nice to get. My clock is also busted so I was looking for another one of those. The jdm ones are way better than USDM ones I hear.
[editline]12th October 2015[/editline]
Price range is a challenge really as I have zero idea what they are worth, as any over here already have mad jdm tax
imgur album link would be better for these nice photos instead of a page stretch

Nice, ive been thinking about getting into amatuer radio lately. I suspect you and i will be having some steam conversation sometime.
RSX search is proving very difficult, so I'm expanding my search to early E90s. I have some family connections that might allow me to get some very good deals. Question is should I abandon RSX hopes for bimmer or wait longer for an RSX?

How long was each run?
I've looked into local rally cross events before, but each run was only 30-40 seconds.
Coming from real rally runs that lasted anywhere from 10 minutes to over an hour, that is really short and kinda boring imo.

There's good RSX's out there for a decent price, gotta be vigilant. Buddy traded a shitheap Miata for a 270,000 mi RSX w/ a 5spd that looked and drove like a 100,000mi one.
Then some lucky bitch traded him a shitheap 3-series for it and made out like a bandit with it. Find her and trade her for it :v:
Faze, you know what tech's gonna be doin your install? Er what store # if nothin else?
So since I have a ep3 with the shitty k20a3. I want a k20a. Since there be no reason to build the a3. Now. I'm probably selling my camry in march. After winter. Now with the 2ish grand I might get. Plus saved money and tax return. How much am I looking at for a k20? I seen some on ebay go for 450-600 but with a tranny. It's like 4k. Is that right? Or are the k20's for 400 or so I'm looking at not the right one?

Had no idea that a stationwagon could pull moves off road like that.
welp it's been decided next time we go down we're picking up the 350/TH350 combo from my GF's dad to drop into frankenjeep I offered to pay him for it but he wasn't having none of that his exact words were "because of you my daughter isn't dating that pansy ass little bastard anymore and every time you come down I don't want to punch you in the face" however before that gets dropped in we're gonna throw a saginaw PS box in and do the dodge brake conversion cause I'd prefer if my GF didn't die with manual everything tied to a 450+ HP 350 stroker

It looks like a Volvo 850, which Volvo also entered into the British Touring Car Championship and did pretty decently. The car handles pretty well actually.
Looks more like a 740/940 to me
