Yes. But to ensure i am not a fraud (I sent money, be happy stupidos) i had to scan my card (photo it), then i sent another, then a picture of my bill, then a picture of my pass. Before the passport pic, i got a mail saying "We need a picture of your ID, that is all." i said "I got no ID yet, but i hopw this picture of my passport will work" and i got a mail back with: "Send us your order ID and paypal ID transaction (I guess my Paypal reciept) for your refund. I went "UFUFUFUFUUFUF"
