He's already potentially going to jail. I'd say that's pretty extreme.
I wonder, though, what'll happen if they end up sending his mother to jail but not him. Since his father's dead, he'll be completely on his own. I don't see him being able to handle that for any period of time.

He's got three charges, one of them being a felony (FAIL STOP). On top of the fact this is the second time he's not only gone to the GAME PLACE (fuck I don't know where the lower case letters go in that name) and harassed people, but the second time he's almost run over a person there deliberately, I hope he gets the help he needs or prison.
