I can see WHY he's umcomfy. Drunk people are just plain fucking ANNOYING when you're sober. I know I'm an annoying little prick when I've had one too many.
Sure, some of it CAN be funny. But once they start crying....It's just like, "Okaaaay. Let's just...yea."

I'm with you dude on this, I find it uncomfortable to be around drunk people. Mainly because I've seen some of my friends family get torn to shreds because of alcoholism. I also ignore the idea that life is getting so drunk you pass out onto the cement. Especially if you don't remember what you did the next day. There's no point in doing something like that if you're not gonna remember. :colbert:
The only time I was scared by a drunk person was when I was on a float trip a few years ago. I grabbed his beer cup holder for him as he was obviously struggling to grab it and I thought he was going to beat the shit out of me for grabbing his beer.
It's only fun to be near drunk people if you are drunk.
Because drunk people do dumb shit thats only funny if you're drunk too

The ability to fuck around with drunk people is a god given gift. For example, at a party I bet my drunk friend (I wasn't drunk) that he couldn't jump of a 2 story roof and still be on his feet. Obviously he took the challenge, resulting in him faceplanting and staying like that for 5 minutes. After that he shot up like a rocket and pretended that it didn't happen.

If you're in your early 20's or are 18 then yeah afraid of being drunk kinda makes you an unfun person, plus it's not just the drinking. It's related to other things too, meaning if you dont like drinking you're probably not that fun to hang out with in the first place since you're afraid to experience new things in life.

I don't like drunk people, or being drunk either. I've tried it multiple times, it really wasn't my thing, I had no fun at all, so I just quit going to parties and such things.
You guys shouldn't judge other's lives, remember that people can have different ideas of fun.
Being drunk is fun as shit as long as you're not lying around on the floor unconscious or somewhere outside puking your insides out. I don't understand why people don't like it.
Edit: I also used to get uncomfortable when I knew drunk people were around back when I was like 12-13, but then I started going out myself and it all disappeared.

I think it's because 90% of people who take that stance have never even tried it.
They "don't want to lower themselves to that level", so instead they stay at home.
My uncle is hilarious when he's drunk but my friend's dad is plain scary. There's two sides to being around drunk people. Some people go off the rails and do stupid things.

New Years Party way back. My friends and I snagged the margarita mix and put it in 7-Up. The drunk parents freaked out because they were too tipsy to read that there was no alcohol and it was just flavored syrup. Then one of them started yelling at us and ran out in the street and threw up and my mom spent all night throwing up.
It was pretty cool. Kind of deterred me from ever wanting to try that anyway. I'm not cool enough to get invited to parties, so I'd just be home alone laughing at my own jokes, probably.

All the times I've been drunk I've never done anything stupid I just tend to walk funny and laugh more.

Yeah, I can understand if that's put you off. However, too much of anything never turns out good. I've only thrown up twice from drinking too much/too fast, and it put me off for a while as well. I still think it's a lot of fun, as long as you know your limits.
And if it makes any difference, I've had pretty much the exact same experience, involving my dad and his friends.
