And yet the cops are insistent on only chasing people who commit minor infractions, like people glancing at their phone in heavy traffic, instead going after the people who are actually purposefully driving dangerously by going through red lights, driving on the wrong side of the road and doing burnouts.
Yeah nah if a cop sees a burnout he will pursue. But whats so dangerous about burnouts on their own exactly? in your opinion

Nothing's stopping that tire from suddenly hitting a rut or different patch of pavement, biting, and launching you into people or property. It's also noxious.
There are also retards try to do one without disabling traction control and launch off the road instead.
But whats so dangerous about burnouts on their own exactly? in your opinion
Let's see here... * Engine roaring almost out of control held in check solely by the fact that the front tires have more grip than the rears. One minor change in traction causes the rears to hook and you're a passenger now. * The smoke cloud obscures vision REAL quick, you'll get rear-ended by someone who can't see suddenly. * Foot slips off brake? HEy congrats you've got 300+ rampaging horsepower shoving you forward as hard as they can! * Your ass end is already unstable, one errant twitch of the steering wheel and you've just swung it into oncoming traffic or onto a sidewalk. * Failing drivetrain components can create shrapnel hazards for bystanders. This is the reason most organized racing bodies, ESPECIALLY drag racing, require scatter shields on cars producing north of 400HP or so. This video is a textbook demonstration of how a burnout can go wrong in a way that endangers the safety of bystanders. And here's a catastrophic clutch failure of a car with just 150HP at most. Burnouts are stupidly fun(I've done a fair few myself, in my driveway), but do them safely where you're not a hazard to everyone around you, where there's room for you to gather it back up if somehting goes wrong. IE: private property. Public roads are no place for a burnout.
I love the dickheads that seem to think putting your hazard lights on means you can do anything.
