My mom's birthday is tomorrow so I'll be spending time with her. Kind of feel bad for her though, everybody forgets her birthday because they are so focused on new years.

I don't celebrate New Year's Eve. Considering the implications when explosives are mixed with alcohol, I wouldn't see a reason why to succumb to the wave of victims of social convention, just to partake in a sub-religious celebration to a simple cardinal number.
Probably means I'm going to spend it alone as I am apparently without friends, and bitch about it to strangers on the internet. Don't even get me started on Christmas, after the so called "Facebook-Grinch" fiasco, I'm not surprised I don't have any friends.
