I say it's fake in a sense. Sort of like a "sneak preview" where the current technology is nothing like that. Like how car manufacturers make concept cars.
Why? it seems to work fairly well, theres no reason for them NOT to release it.
If this was real, I could take a small satellite picture of some part of the world, set the canvas to 100000x10000, use the magic wand, use content remover and wait like 3 hours and it would fill up the rest of the world, no?
Do CS4 owners get a free upgrade to CS5?
Do CS4 owners get a free upgrade to CS5?
I'm sure an upgrade costs about $200. since i upgraded from cs3 to cs4 like that.
Wow the first feature that I've seen since CS2 that would actually make me want to upgrade. I got CS4 recently from CS2 (worked with CS3 at school) and haven't noticed any useful differences between them. I like this.
Uhh pre-pre-pre order?
This can't be real, the desert road thing just worked way too well. Same with the panorama at the end.
nnno not really. it all looks kind of bad, the in-the-end look isn't what's impressive, it's the function. if you were to do it all yourself, it'd look better, but the point here is that it's quicker. so when will cs5 be out?
holy shiit I love Photoshop, Adobe deserves a Nobel prize.
so when will cs5 be out?
http://cs5launch.adobe.com/ :) And yes, that feature is for real.
Nobel prize in what? :iiam:
for outstanding contributions in Physics, Chemistry, Literature, Peace, and Physiology and Medicine.
I thought the internet was nominated for the Peace prize.
If Obama can get a Peace prize for nothing, so can Photoshop.
I remember using a program that did this, but not as well. It's definitely possible.
If Obama can get a Peace prize for nothing, so can Photoshop.
Oh you.
Yeah, it looked real, even in theory, up until that desert road.
I call BS on that last picture It generated it's own mountains for cryin' out loud! Noway it works that good IRL... :eng99:
Photoshop CS7 - You don't even have to do anything! The program reads your mind and does it for you! Only $999.99!
This is amazing.
I can see the Photoshop Contest Thread right now. Start with an image. Cut image in half. Content-Aware Fill Repeat above with other half of image. Repeat above until completely new image is formed. Profit.
If this is real, then i'm buying CS5, just to use this.
now i can remover copyrights :ssh: p.s inpaint
now i can remover copyrights :ssh: p.s inpaint
Holy shit, I just realised that watermarks are a thing of the past. :ohdear:
Technology these days, man. Times are a'changin. EDIT: Bet you need a pretty damn good computer to have it process your image that fast, I mean come on, you can't have a program analyze a whole photo and fill in/take out things that quick.
Well they did it on a dual core, so I assume you need something after 2007.
Well they did it on a dual core, so I assume you need something after 2007.
Well, you don't 'need' anything other than a CPU which supports Windows XP or higher/Mac OS X, but to have it work fast you'll need as good a CPU as possible.
Well, you don't 'need' anything other than a CPU which supports Windows XP or higher/Mac OS X, but to have it work fast you'll need as good a CPU as possible.
I talk to a lot of people who associate technological progress with time and dates.
If its real :iia:
I talk to a lot of people who associate technological progress with time and dates.
What I meant to say was that you only need a 2000+ CPU if you want to use date-based versioning.
Oh, this isn't an april fools joke. I got to try out a copy of CS5 this morning, and the feature is there and working.
