I like to think of myself as open-minded, and am in support of gay rights, but when I see my brother in women's clothing, I feel ill. I'm actually ashamed of my brother now, and I'm questioning whether to keep in contact with him when I move out. Does this make me a bad person, or do you think I'm justified in feeling this way?
In all honesty, yes. If you're literally ashamed of your brother for Crossdressing, then you're actually mental. Indeed, to be quite frank, you don't sound open minded at all; you're "questioning whether to keep in contact with him" just because he doesn't conform. Plus, a high percentage of crossdressers aren't actually gay. How does clothing change your genetic sexual orientation?
[editline]05:53PM[/editline] Are... Are you joking? I really hope you are...
What did he do wrong?
I crossdress. Mixing Bleu Cheese and Ranch dressing is the most awesome idea ever! On the serious note; there is nothing wrong with crossdressing. Some people just enjoy wearing clothes of opposite gender.
If I'm not mistaken, most cross dressers are straight. Doesn't matter anyways. I can understand needing time to warm up to the idea, but there's really no reason to feel disgust. I would be pretty surprised if it wasn't genetic. And arguing it as a sign of homosexuality is just as valid as arguing that people with moustaches are homosexual.
In just seven days, he can make you a MAAAAAaaaaAAAAANNN
Never realized how many cross dressers were on facepunch until now.
Might want to check the front bumper the next time you hitch a ride, if you know what I mean. :clint:

And no, what I said is like saying people with mustaches are more likely to be homosexual. Which is obviously untrue, but the concept of one thing being a symptom of a another thing is not some radical new idea.
There's nothing wrong with crossdressing, but your fooling yourself if you expect people to not be at least a little uncomfortable. It shouldn't warrant any hate, but people don't really have an obligation to be comfortable with it.

I don't even have a problem with the KKK meeting, as long as they don't accidentally a whole nigger. However, the right to have opinions doesn't make them any less :downs:
Who cares if he likes to dress up and/or is gay?

I think all the people that say "Nothing wrong with Cross Dressing" Might actually do it. Nothing wrong with it or anything...
I think all the people that say "Nothing wrong with Cross Dressing" Might actually do it. Nothing wrong with it or anything...
Not that there's anything wrong with that!

Is that your brother at 1:13?

-read it wrong-
It takes a while for people to get use to the idea, and it's natural to be ashamed when everyone of your friends is going to think he's a freak too, but really now. You don't care about your brother enough to stay in contact with him, over something like this? Why does this effect you? He's still the same person he was before you saw his fetish, he didn't turn into a monster. Sounds to me like he's been this way for a while, and it's just something people have to deal with by themselves. Protip: you will not make him change one little bit by treating him like shit, take it from someone who knows.
good for your brother rocky horror is awesome too
I cross dress sometimes. But then again when a girl cross dresses as a dude, it's not as weird. :v: I wouldn't wear guy pants though. Too big and saggy.
Slap him round the face.
Slap him round the face.
and then make love to him..... with passion.....
I don't understand what the big deal is. Some people like to role-play as characters of the opposite sex in live-action or tabletop RPGs. Nothing wrong with that... :ninja:
I sniggered.
It's snicker not snigger, you fucking clod. It wasn't funny when people were "UNJUSTLY" getting banned for saying snigger instead of snicker, and it's not funny now. I hope all the bones in your body turn into liquid.
nothing wrong with cross dressing in private [editline]09:58PM[/editline] everyone should have the right to wear what they feel good in [editline]09:59PM[/editline] even if it is deemed weird by society
I hear my brother's friends sitting in the living room.
How the fuck did you do that
It's snicker not snigger, you fucking clod. It wasn't funny when people were "UNJUSTLY" getting banned for saying snigger instead of snicker, and it's not funny now. I hope all the bones in your body turn into liquid.
Sorry to break it to you, kid, but snigger is a word and always has been. And it is used for an unpleasant laugh, usually small, and through your teeth. Dennis the Menace's dog sniggered. (Gnasher? For the brits out there)
