Ok, in that case then just build around a madbull. You might want to build a door or something so you can field-reload it if you want to have that option.
I have relatives in Kentucky with a LAW in their basement.

I'm thinking of doing that. Just wondering what'd be the best material to make it out of..
PVC probably since the shell/launcher will handle the pressure, and to keep weight down.
Remember the aderonn grenade launcher? I used his design and added just a little bit to it, he thought the additions were pretty cool.

Just a few *old* pictures of it.
it works?
Yeah, but unfortunately my M203 grenade I bought for it leaked 2/3 times, so it's unusable for now until I save up money for a bunch of grenades.
Looks like a ghetto M79 :v:
:v: It was like fifty bucks to make and took a few hours
:v: It was like fifty bucks to make and took a few hours
How did that cost 50$? Its just a caulking gun, a hinge, and a bit of PVC pipe isnt it?

No, it's so much more than that.
Such as?
Tape and grenade and stuff I guess, I dunno, wait for him to answer.
That plus a paint roller type thing for the grip, and I guess the cost went a little higher because I bought a few other cans of spray paint not shown :v:
[editline]13th December 2010[/editline]
but yeah, a bunch of other shit was bought with it that wasn't pictured that indirectly helped the completion of the project
[editline]13th December 2010[/editline]
Krylon Camo spraypaint is king, btw, The rustoleum green was too light and I recently repainted it to be darker.
It looks pretty cool

Alrighty.. Timebomb, could you by any chance gimme a list of shit I should buy for this project?
How do you wanna work it?
Preferably a button on the top like the real thing, but I doubt that can be done very easily.
A small-ass trigger, I guess.

Like, button activated what? 40mm or air compression?
Cant help you much if its 40mm, those can be tricky for top button activation. Hence all the apparatus on that RPG-26 there.

Can you make a top button trigger with an air reserve then? I was going with the forty mikes since that seems a lot simpler to make, but I can use a different method if it means I can use a top button.
Timebomb- what do you usually fire out of your mortars? I'm thinking of building one (or possibly more) for an upcoming game, and I'm just starting to think now of how to build them and what to fire...

Nerf footballs typically.

And occasionally popcorn kernels or water balloons.
What kind of range can you get accurately (firing in a ballistic arc).
