An ugly one at that.
To me it looks ugly, lumpy, overdone, extremely tacky and just messy. They really tied style and subtlety to a concrete block and threw it out a window, into a lake, next to a waterfall. It's like they decided every square inch should have some cheap looking Aluminium or stitching on it, and if it didn't it had to rounded and lumpy to catch highlights and make the scene look even more messy. God forbid they have a section of seat that's just flat material on the back, better stick a giant slit in it that looks like a Hippo's crack. All this on something that looks like its meant to be a sports car, the interior looks like it would weigh as much as the car!
(As you can tell, I think it looks terrible :P)
-edit- Holy hell I just noticed the screen, it reminds me of user interfaces from the 90's, bloated and impractical, miles of space taken up by ridiculous curves and bevels, yueeghhck. Pink on blue in a brown/black/silver interior too, I really don't know what they were thinking.

I'm fairly sure that the gauges are lit from behind.
You also have to remember that most Pagani's are made to order, so not many of them have the same interior.
