You know what would be a neat idea? If, in honor of little Raisin, Facepunch came together to come up with an idea for the Pepsi Refresh Project. We could possibly come up with an idea to start a small kitty shelter or something to provide collars and microchips to cat owners who can't afford them. I dunno, something. Would be cool since if we got all of Facepunch to vote for it, we could easily win a grant. Aside from that, all of these pictures are great. If this post gets enough agrees, I can see about doing something like this.

Basically, you come with an idea of how to help your community or something and then people vote for the best one and whoever gets the most votes that month receives a grant to go through with the idea. The only tricky part is that when you apply, you need to fill out a LOT of details like how you'll use the budget, what time are you ready to start it, what are your steps..junk like that. It'd take some work but if you have various people pitching in on one idea, it shouldn't be too hard.

Would need more support and people willing to help me though. If someone wants to make a steam or facepunch group for the "kitty campaign", that'd be cool. Would be easier to talk to people willing to do something like this.

I freaking love everything about this thread. OP is so generous for taking care of our Raisin. <3 Also, I think the Refresh Project idea is really good. My school won $5,000 to help out blues musicians doing that.

I can't really donate anything, but it's really nice that you rescued Raisin. All my cats are rescued. Two were off the side of the road. One was absolutely covered with fleas, and the newest addition was super skinny. I bet that she's really happy now.

That's a cool little kitten. Reminds me a lot of my now passed cat. Since it's been about two weeks since you posted this, I bet that sucker has gotten pretty big by now huh?
