I volunteer at humane society for example and we take in all cats no matter what. Not saying the cause isn't noble, but I don't have much faith in an idea that basically already exists everywhere getting a grant :\

Well the thing I'm riding on is the fact that the shelter is SPECIFICALLY for cats. It'll have special areas for cats to play without worrying about being disturbed by barking dogs or other animals. There are no only cat shelters here in my city, so I think it's got a decent chance. Especially since all the shelters around here are pretty much full as it is.

I think that if all of Facepunch works on this we can do it. Everyone here must have at least 1 friend and if they can get their friends to keep telling their friends then we might win this grant.
