yes because businesses are a lot less corrupt
Guys I have this incredible idea maybe we should tax people different percentages of their money across different brackets of income. Like if someone makes $25,000 a year they should pay like 5% in taxes but if they make $50,000 they should pay 5% on the first $25,000 and 10% on the second $25,000, then everyone is taxed the same amount for the same amount of income but higher incomes are taxed more but it doesn't affect the lower level you make. This sounds like a brilliant system.

I've been for no income tax, graduating sales tax + estate tax for as long as I can rememeber.

That would almost (not really) be true if education and healthcare was free in the US.
There needs to be more tiers of tax at the top. Someone earning $300,000 is completely different from someone earning $3,000,000. The upper middle class is not representative of the richest people in the country.

or someone earning $3,000,000 is totally different from someone who earns 1 billion
