This stuff is extremely cool and awesome, but I don't think I'd be up for wasting my time trying to learn how to do it It's cool to see people who are awesome at it though
I can only do the easy thumbarounds...
What makes something like this popular: Simple materials, as all you need is a pen and a hand. Lots of mandatory practice time: School. Looks awesome. I need to learn how to do this stuff, then do it with kunai or razor blades.
best way to BREAK YOUR LEAD INTO TINY FUCKIN PIECES
I can do fingerpass and thumbaround Not sure about charge though
I learned how to do it from Top Gun
I do this at school. I remember in the 7th grade when I was flipping my pencil and it hit my face :saddowns: edit: I was doing a Sonic and it flew out of my hands and into my face.
What a traumatic event, hard to believe it was only a week ago.
I am fucking horrible at this, my pencil always flies off when I try
Back in middle school we always used to watch some shitty online news thing every day in class, and the ad before the program started was always pen spinning to some shitty music. I grew to hate pen spinning with a fire that consumes my soul
One time I was pen spinning, and it go like caught on my finger, then the strength built up, so when it moved out of the way, my pen went flying like 20 ft to the front of class, on the first day of school. believe it was at that moment my english teacher started hating me.
I can sort of do the thumbaround, but it pops up in the air. I personally think it looks pretty cool. All my pens are too small to do stuff involving the area between the thumb and index finger, and my hands aren't too flexible. I'm gonna try working on this though. Exam week for me, and I'll need something to keep me occupied after my History exam.
I find this is easier to do with a drum stick. But I'm a drummer so maybe it's just more natural. [editline]23rd January 2011[/editline] A 5B specificity, the weight feels right.
Basically pen spinning is very cool but is a useless skill
I can kind of do this, it is a lot easier with heavier things like drumsticks for passing it in between your fingers.
I'm good at pen spinning. People in my class always ask me how I did it. I remember one night I was browsing youtube and I saw it. It was so cool so I just got a pen and starting reading tutorials and practicing.
Learn the art of meat spinning.
Why would I want to learn this?
Why would I want to learn this?
Kills time and it impresses people.
Looks like I just found the next interesting thing to do for a week or so.
Why would I want to learn this?
Because it's fucking awesome [editline]23rd January 2011[/editline] but useless
I freaking love this, I've gotten RSI so many times spinning in class though :saddowns:

I fucking read pen sniping and I was so fucking excted. Damn
I had a friend in high school who fell asleep spinning his pencil and continued to spin it while he was asleep.
All i can do are thumbarounds. But I've done them so much that I can make the pen do a 540 or sometimes 720 over my thumb.
