Now that I think about it, if I wasn't already saving money for something else I'd be looking for CDs to buy right now.
I bought Between the Buried and Me's discography a few days ago, cost me £60, but it's okay because before that I haven't bought a CD for years.

I got the 3CD Special Edition :c00l:
The other week, Lungs by Florence and the Machine.
I love the album covers and the booklet inside.
When I bought Dark Passion Play by Nightwish I accidently spilled coffee on the booklet and ruined it, so I bought the album again.
3 months ago which was a present, i did buy some vinyls though only last week :D
i believe this song fits the thread, ALTHOUGH ITS LAME and the music is pretty shit its the only type of its kind

A couple years. I plan on buying my music when I get a job with a steady income. I wish there was something like Steam for music. Not the whole downloading aspect, but just when you loose your actual copy, you can just burn it and it always stays with you.
The "Black" 2010 album, was like 15 euros.
Last week. I buy CDs because I like the artwork and the little book on the inside.
What he said. Plus for the fact, that i actually own the CD, not just download mp3s from the net, like any other yokel would.
I buy a few CD's just to have a physical copy. Plus the art and stuff.
The last one I bought was a while back though. Sunn O)))'s Monoliths and Dimensions.
I have bought around 10 CDs after getting my first job, and I feel proud of myself. The last one was Runnin' Wild by Airbourne.
The only time I find myself buying physical copies is usually at the show itself.
Otherwise I get them on iTunes.
Bought "Plastic Beach" a couple days after release and bought "The Mouse and the Mask" a couple days ago.

So did I. The day it came out. Fuck I even got to Best Buy an hour before they opened because I wanted to listen to it on my way to physical therapy so suffering through knee rehab wouldn't be as bad.
One of the most awesome albums of all time, if you ask me.
Oh yeah I also had front row seats to PN '10, and I have front row seats to see them again with Iron Maiden at Madison Square Garden. I fucking love Dream Theater.
Yesterday.
Descendents - Milo Goes To College
lost my original one.
Also bought not too long ago
Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx PT II
Alice In Chains - Black Gives Way To Blue
Trapped Under Ice - Stay Cold
fuck itunes
I always buy CDs. Higher quality, don't lose the music if you accidentally delete it or format, books and artwork, generally cheaper deals.
I have one on pre-order right now.
Before that, maybe a month or two ago.

I bought Plastic Beach like a month ago. It's aight.
I never bought a cd.
I've sadly bought about 200 CD's, and inherited my brothers 80's-90's collection, which is almost 600 CD's. They're all packed up in a box in storage though.
I used to do Itunes as my main way. Now days I prefer a physical copy. In my case CD and Vinyl. They however still end up pretty much as MP3s. But to me it feels better and in some cases they are supporting the bands somewhat. Also if my computer totally fucks up for some reason I'll still be able to listen to the them.
Anyway it was about a week or two ago and it was Skagos - Ast on CD.

That's not sad. You could be a collector who doesn't know he's a collector.

It's sad because I have some 2000 albums on my computer that I can never rightfully pay for, though I've been to concerts for so many of them, and own so much merch, it likely makes up for it.
6 Years ago I bought some Iron Maiden.
1996
Ballbreaker
I bought a CD today.
I never bought a CD in my entire life.
Unless you count blank CDs that is...
