the simplest way to disprove this is that it takes more then one molecule to store the information to simulate one molecule, so the computer to run this simulation would have to have a hard drive consisting of more matter than there is in the entire universe, plus the extra storage to describe the rules of the simulation (physics).
of course that could just mean that the creators live in a universe much much larger than ours, but thats going to get you started on "well what if...." until you idea is totally impossible and even more unrealistic than it is now.
