on a different thought, even if you somehow were to wake up and find out you were part of some crazy experement, how would you know THAT was real? How are you supposed to tell reality from fake reality?...You cant.
What you're talking about is solipsism. If no one else exists, and they are merely apparitions conjured up by your own mind, then this means that all knowledge possessed by anyone, originated within your own mind. However despite this, you require a language in order to express you thoughts, and language is a device created to communicate with others.
