The same question can also applied to Finland
That's an odd way of saying Northwest Russia

I mean, sure they played " Nuking Stockholm simulator" game, violated our borders with military planes and submarines. Here is a list of countries listed by the Defense Force who violated our borders and funny thing is the US is leading with 7 and followed by Russia with 6 times and YET Russia is the "EVUL SATAN COUNTRY WHO WANTS TO INVADE US" according to the Media and people around here. They also keep saying the nation who has control over Gotland will control the Eastern Sea. So i guess thats a legitimate reason.

Not totally acceptable, but a bit more.

Like let's forget the historical context and mean old mister hitler there, i think we can all agree that on it's own, in a vacuum, this looks fucking amazing. Not even Apple has that kind of aesthetic power. But no, it's' done now. Hitler broke it and now nobody can have it. It's dead forever.
This is why I like APL Lines logo http://theloadstar.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/APL-Temasek3.jpg
What's in Sweden that Russia would want, though? Is there a legitimate reason to increase the military to its level in the 60s?
Not really, aside from controlling Gotland (which isn't much of an asset anyway) there's not really anything they could benefit from invading Sweden. Problem is that alot of old-timers here still have the Cold War mindset when the SAF asked people to report suspicious activity out of fear that it's russian assault divers or airborne troops. They completely forget the bigger picture that Russia has nothing to gain from attacking and even though they'e often portrayed as evil they're not somekind of movie villain who do shit for the sake of ~being evil hurr~. I personally agree that we need to increase the strength of the SAF back to how it was during the Cold War but not because of Russia, Sweden needs a strong defense to protect its people against all manners of threats and as of now we can't, at least not in the long run.
Sweden
Not quite sure if it belongs but I think Sweden had one of the coolest Cold War designs for a tank [t]https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/05/Stridsvagn_103_Revinge_2012-1.jpg[/t] [t]https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3c/Strv_103_Bj%C3%B6rkborn.jpg[/t] The first production tank with a turbine engine also made dramatic departures from contempoary post-WW2 tank design. The turret was removed and the gun was built right into the hull. Controls for the entire tank were given to the gunner who could adjust the suspension and used the tank itself to aim the gun. It wasn't much lower than the Soviet tanks it would have presumably faced, but in a hull down static position it could lower itself an additional 13cm. it also had an autoloader, meaning the entire tank could remain combat effective with just two people.

His men rapidly succumbing to the onslaught and with two birds already shot down, Major Charles Whittlesay dispatched a frantic message by way of their last surviving homing pigeon, 'Cher Ami': WE ARE ALONG THE ROAD PARALELL 276.4. OUR ARTILLERY IS DROPPING A BARRAGE DIRECTLY ON US. FOR HEAVENS SAKE STOP IT. When the pigeon miraculously arrived at the division headquarters 25 miles away he had been shot in the leg, breast and eye, and thanks to his efforts 194 members of the battalion were subsequently rescued. Cher Ami died from his injuries six months later, but not before being awarded the croix de guerre for heroic service.
Surrounded, two previous birds shot down and under friendly fire form your own buddies, it took an hour for the message to be sent between those two units with a wounded bird. Imagine the wait that the Soldiers in the Lost Battalion had to endure to hope their own guns would stop firing.
Has uh, nobody told them yet?
APL stands for American President Lines, stemming from the time it was owned by the US Maritime Commission. The eagle is an American Bald Eagle, a stylized version of the eagle on the Presidential seal.
I found this "commemorative" sugar in store. :v: (and no, this is not shopped)

He paid something like $200 for it at a gun auction. It's got all the documents to prove it's legit, too.

Eh burning of the Gävel Bocken could be an inside job. So it puts Gävle on the map. It's been burning since for ever and yet they keep putting a new one and in the same material instead of something that don't actually burn. But hey, it's always fun to read about it in the media.
