It's called genetic sexual attraction and is most common in siblings that grow up independently of one another and meet up later in life. Because there's usually a reason for not telling someone that they have a sibling out there most of them never meet, but if they do there's a higher chance than normal that they'll become attracted to one another. This is mainly due to the similar traits, both physical and mental, we tend to seek out people similar to us after all (despite the age-old adage of "opposites attract").
When I heard the part about his entire family being wanted by the government, I put everything together with the mother dying and the father having emotional problems and when he said about the bikini and becoming religious I knew I was right, fucking brilliant :v:
