a lot of the criticism he has lacks context, everything to do with eva (because her entire role in the story is to be a seductive femme fatale), some of the gripes he has with the games aren't significant enough to ruin them (like the rose boob jiggle), ignoring stuff like raikov and volgin's treatment of men, and in general he's doing a lot of cherry picking. compared to the rest of the game industry, metal gear actually does a [I]damn[/I] good job at having female representation. MGS has had great characters since MGS1 came out like a thousand years ago, which is hilarious because games released now are still struggling to do that.
in the grand scheme of things, is MGS as sexist as this guy says it is? Bizarrely, names that never come up when referencing how sexist MGS is. It's almost like ignoring strong female characters to cherrypick that one time a female character experienced 5 seconds of helplessness or not being the center of the story was convenient to their argument.

I like how some of the YT comments state that he is "going through his SJW phase".
I just hate the way he chooses what to ignore and what to mention in his argument. I don't think any characters in these games are prime examples of either of the genders, and that's okay, because it's creative fiction just like Grand Theft Auto.
If you're going to have human characters, you're going to have them fall under the male or female biological sex, so what's the alternative being proposed here? Can we not have female characters have negative character traits? As this guy has demonstrated, he's willing to ignore the fact that Raiden is the most sexualized and exposed character in any of these games, not to mention the victim of sexual assault when he's grabbed by the President and by Volgin as Raikov (which is justified because Volgin thought Snake was Raikov since he was wearing the mask and the uniform).
Also I'm sick of these types of social justice advocates complaining about Quiet. They're the one objectifying her. I just see an attractive woman wearing a skimpy outfit that I know nothing about, because I haven't played the game. Even if she is the greatest written female character ever, These sorts of people would be willing to say she's nothing more than a sex object because of what she's wearing? It seems they're the one with the problem.
