I'm glad that you've assumed that. I've never consumed marijuana as it's illegal by both state and federal statutes. There's no legitimate reason for the prohibition.

Alcohol has a tradition of being used mostly after 7/8pm. People get high no matter what time of the day

Weed doesn't get you arrested where i live.
I've never seen anyone casually smoke weed somewhere.
I have seem drunk people and people drinking in public however (besides bars and such).
