It's not going back up until Hey0 releases a new update for his mod. Which will, at the earliest, happen on the 24th.
I'd estimate he'll have released it by like the 27th considering he won't be working on it over christmas.
It's not the lack of Hey0s mod that's causing this. It's a problem with the server client that Notch needs to fix

Yeah, I ended up with 300+ saplings today. Will make the tree farm in the server easier to maintain.
