I built a 9x9 obsidian safehouse underground with my home warp set to it. There's no tunnel leading to it whatsoever and no exits. The only way out is to mine through obsidian for 10 minutes or warping. Since I have the only warp in, tis a safehouse.

I googled it, but got no definitive answers. So far you're the only one experiencing it. This probably won't work, but just for shit'n'giggles, delete your minecraft [U]bin[/U] folder. Then start up minecraft again and let it redownload everything
