I use the website Tinypic. Upload a picture there and then copy and paste the igm code for forums into the facepunch post box.
Though i'm not sure but there may be a quiker way.

upload the image onto a site like imageshack right click copy link paste it in beetewn these
[**img] --> insert code here <-- [/img**] (and take away the ** bits)
then your done
