Well, i made it through the day, but it was crazy. About 1/4 the school was gone. The cop amount was at least tripled, not mentioning the undercover "plainclothes" cops that were subtitutes (and obv had no idea what they were doing.) We weren't allowed to leave the classes, even to use the restroom. Right after school I saw 3 SWAT members searching a mexican kid's van. Fucking crazy.

No, we have "just" come out of a recession and it's likely we will fall back into one over the course of the next year. There is not "lots" of jobs out there, it's incredibly difficult to find one. Trust me.

Personally I think gangs should be isolated from society, not spread apart. If you do that, they'll just start recruiting and corrupting those around them. They're like a disease, you need to quarantine them.

Nah I live in a rural area and crime here is pretty much limited to stoners and occasionally theft.
