I condone piracy if the game hasn't been released in your region, because if I get the game off ebay, no moeny is going to the company. Same basic idea for games that aren't sold anymore that don't have a rerelease, if I buy it off ebay, no money is going to the developer. If I pirate Tony Hawk's Underground for the PC, that should be fine, as it is no longer sold and if I buy it off ebay, the developers get NO MONEY from that,
