ad hominem and completely ignoring the Popular Mechanics article, great last resort [editline]02:37PM[/editline] I'm not sure if you're "FreeThinker" still remaining willfully ignorant or a legitimate new user using sarcasm [editline]02:41PM[/editline] there we go, definitely freethinker
It was a sarcasm. Your logic is horrible, by the way. I never defended WTC demolition conspiracy theories, you probably can't hold all the complicated names and users assigned to them in your mind.
It was a sarcasm. Your logic is horrible, by the way, it was a sarcasm.
that comment is redundantly redundant [editline]02:48PM[/editline] oh nice edit
that comment is redundantly redundant [editline]02:48PM[/editline] oh nice edit
Excuse me? Are you going to continue thinking that I believe in any of the WTC demolition conspiracy theories due to the fact that your mind is probably not able to hold all the complicated usernames and their owner's beliefs?

I never said that I believed the part that was debunked - I said that he has almost everything right. Almost everything isn't the same thing as everything. And once again, I can observe a clear lack of thinking skills.
quick, BACKPEDAL

I don't think the US government was responsible for 9/11, however, it has committed far more serious crimes than 9/11. Wouldn't be surprised if 9/11 and other conspiracy theories were spread by the Bush administration - they waste lots of activist effort and make people think that the government is in control of everything.

it's true that it seems as if 9/11 was done on purpose to get all these acts passed, but it could also be and is far more likely that Bush and other neo-cons were waiting for attacks of this kind to happen. (Check the Project for The New American Century, which most of the Bush administration was a part of)
next you'll say "well you're stupid" and try to change the subject [editline]hurr[/editline] went ahead and bolded some things so you wouldn't hurt your silly brain to figure out you keep flip-flopping
next you'll say "well you're stupid" and try to change the subject
Did you even read my post? I said that I didn't believe the part the was debunked. This is why I said 'almost everything'. Next time you're going to call me a communist and ignore my posts.
Did you even read my post? I said that I didn't believe the part the was debunked. This is why I said 'almost everything'. Next time you're going to call me a communist and ignore my posts.
bolded, read it again
bolded, read it again
Any of them saying that I believe in any of the debunked parts?
Any of them saying that I believe in any of the debunked parts?

You have almost everything right except the 9/11 part - it's true that it seems as if 9/11 was done on purpose to get all these acts passed, but it could also be and is far more likely that Bush and other neo-cons were waiting for attacks of this kind to happen. (Check the Project for The New American Century, which most of the Bush administration was a part of)
the only thing you're implying is wrong there is that Bush wasn't involved (except the [part where Bush did it]), you don't mention the 'facts' at all
Now, let me help your unsophisticated mind to deal with such complicated patterns. First bolded part: 'Wouldn't be surprised if 9/11 and other conspiracy theories were spread by the Bush administration - they waste lots of activist effort and make people think that the government is in control of everything.' it only means that I wouldn't be surprised if it was true, however, it doesn't mean that I believe in it Seconded bolded part: 'it's true that it seems as if 9/11 was done on purpose to get all these acts passed, but it could also be and is far more likely that Bush and other neo-cons were waiting for attacks of this kind to happen. (Check the Project for The New American Century, which most of the Bush administration was a part of)' It means that I think that it seems as if it was, but I don't believe that it was. I oversimplified it a bit, so you could understand.
the only thing you're implying is wrong there is that Bush wasn't involved (except the [part where Bush did it]), you don't mention the 'facts' at all
Yes, I think that the Bush administration and some other neo-conservatives were probably waiting for attacks of this kind to happen, after studying the Project for the New American Century. None of this was debunked by anyone. You can learn more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_for_the_New_American_Century
it's 22:23 now, I'm going to sleep you can keep imagining yourself as some underground genius that will someday overthrow the government or whatever you do but you'd be talking to yourself like I imagine you usually do until tomorrow

WTC 1, 2 and 7 went down like pros. It's better that they went straight down instead of toppleing over and causing even more harm. But the way the planes hit, it wouldn't have done that. Aside from 1 and 2. WTC 7 had massive amounts of critical structural damage and there was no way in hell that building wasn't going down. Remember kiddies, all is not as it seems.

Haven't I just debunked your not-very-bright opinions on my opinions? And aren't you supposed to be alseep?
Smells fishy
My dad's friend is an architect and he says that buildings do not work like that. :downs:
Excuse me? Haven't I just debunked your not-very-bright opinions on my opinions?
no [editline]02:59PM[/editline] how do you debunk an opinion
I'm assuming WTC 7 got fucked up by fire too, it was just the unlucky building.
I think that the girders were made to withstand fire.
Ok mr. 'I'm 15 and know more about building physics and demolitions than experts' Atleast when SOME of us were watching on 9/11 we weren't pooping our pants and sucking our thumbs still.
And how old are you? I was 16 when the towers fell, and I remember watching in abject horror as that 2nd plane flown by islamic extremists smashed into the south tower. Our government was NOT in on it. Building 7 fell because it had been gutted by fires. Another plane smashed into the Pentagon, shredding into scraps of aluminum so small you could carry them with one hand.
oh. shit. a fictional movie is undeniable evidence that the government was, in fact, behind 9/11.
It was good enough for me
It was good enough for me
absolutely. I know if I were the government and I was planning something like this, I would tell an entire movie studio and the millions of people that end up watching the movie that I was behind the murder of about 2750 people. Oh, no, now that I think about it I would actually tell them it was going to be around 4000.
It blew the fuck up
It was a major coincidence. The movie came out in 1996, and basically predicted it. I just thought it was kind of entertaining.
Don't ever be fooled into entering a debate with people like the OP. Tinfoil hatters appear with the guise of wanting to start a discussion, but in reality, discussion is the last thing on their mind. They come to 'enlighten' souls about the latest conspiracy theory they've found on the net. All counter arguments will be handwaved through extensive use of youtube videos. Their message is clear: It's a conspiracy, and if you say it isn't then you're wrong. Tinfoil hatters tend to be teenage boys who are just starting to learn that the world is actually a pretty boring place. Most people tend to indulge themselves in amusement to cope with the boredom, but tinfoil hatters 'augment' reality by making things seem more exciting than they actually are. There's not much left to discuss about stuff that happened a decade ago anyway.
