Originally it was for people who donated and people who added something to the forums or the development of Gmod. Then it was closed and could only be gotten by doing something exceptional or being someone unusual, in which case it was specially awarded by garry or Hezzy. Then it was for certain post counts or ages of account, this was varied several times. Now it is boostar only.
