My first and so far favorite generation was the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald generation. Though I've honestly never played Gold Silver or Crystal. I wonder if/when he'll do one on third gen.

Just went and dug out my GB:C and my Pokemon games, save chip is broken in my Pokemon Gold :suicide: Edit: Oh thank god, Red and Yellow are fine.

I remember playing pokemon Gold on an old, original black-and-white gameboy. Couldn't see shit at night time

Also, there's going to be another Gold/Silver video going over a few more features.

The video itself had some issues; the intro went on for a bit long (I think he introduced what he was going to be talking about like 2 or 3 times) and the same with the outro. Otherwise it was great, really enlightening

I think that Emerald is the most refined, which makes it my favorite. Nice review.

Pokemon Crystal is seriously the best game I have ever played. While I agree on that they could have put a little more effort into Kanto, The game's so damn huge that it didn't even matter to me Man, I still remember getting goosebumps when I would be strolling through the grass and shit and then that legendary encounter music kicks in followed by a lv40 Raikou

The way he waves his hands around and poses when he speaks reminds me of the Bulletball guy for some reason.
