And above posters are right, it does NOT mean secular world order, it means new order of the ages, or "A new order has begun".
This is all Masonic symbolism, it's basically meant to show that they considered the formation of America a holy undertaking, A chance to have the world born anew, under the all-seeing eye of God. The triangle with the eye is the eye of God, not satan, what made you think that? The Triangle itself is a symbol of the Holy Trinity, a physical example of how three can exist as one at the same time. (Three sides, or three points, yet all part of the same shape) The masons were pretty much responsible for the creation of America, and are very religious, spiritual people.
Try looking up information on freemasonry and the dollar bill, it's actually quite fascinating. There are things on those little green slips that will blow your freaking mind. EVERYTHING on there has a special meaning, every shape, the exact placing of certain objects, even the shapes, all have special meanings pointing to America as a place of spiritual destiny, which is what the Freemasons wished.
The Diagram in the OP has it wrong in several places, the translations of the Latin are crap.
My grandad was a mason, all they did was get fat at feasts, and talk about world domination etc.

Actually, you're allowed to be of any belief as a Mason, though to become a certain rank(not sure of the name, but it's one of the highest up) you need to be a Christian.

I don't really believe in these sorts of conspiracy theories, I read on them, but never actually believe them. However, it does strike me as odd, let's use the "eye" conspiracy as an example, that all this eye symbolism, or let's just call it a trend, seems to be heavily relevant. Mainly with all those musicians like Jay-Z, Lady GaGa, etc. I'm not saying it means anything I'm just saying it's odd. Then again I could be reading too much into and it's probably just a fad.
