I can't say I really care -- he's just a Human Being. But on that note -- he is a Human Being like the rest of us, so may he rest in peace and all that good stuff.
Oh and people please shut the fuck up about "Someone else just died that you don't even know, but you're sad about Steve". What about when YOUR favorite role model, or YOUR favorite celebrity, or YOUR favorite athlete passes away? I guess we'll just say the same thing about it then. "oh well someone else died but you're upset about their death". He was Steve fucking jobs, if people are sad about him dying then just let it be dammit. People are giving his death so much attention simply because he was who he was. The man is dead, have some decency.

I think this is the first person who I'm actually upset about dying, the majority of the time I'm just like "oh thats a shame" but I'm actually sad.

The first computer I EVER used was a mac. I had grown to hate the way they worked but despite my own preference, I still feel bad he died. Mac's mouse and interface was a monster in my eyes but he is/was fucking smart as hell, maybe not user friendly later on in peoples lives since 90', but still had an impact regardless. I'm sorry to those who insult him without qualm but despite this ignorance he had, he made a lot of great things. You don't like what he did?
