In a blinding flash, The Exarians are once again thrown into another epic story, of construction and war. The Exarians bid their time since their last war, constructing new technologies, and eventually evolving past their Arian roots. They made their own technologies, Throwing out the old and dated designs.. They became a new technological species.

The Tau prepare their gravitic drives to jump to Krakos' Eye, but they plan to refuel first through trade with the Vectorians. They will jump in 4 turns due to this.

I intend my Tau to be more like the territorial jackasses they can be, they are always passive-aggressively expanding their borders when no one is looking, but I'm going to have them start expanding after I've established all my alliances.

More news on space-time! A small black hole was created inside the laboratory on planet. After several casualties, it was contained, and now sits inside a small metal sphere. The scientists have an idea on making contained black holes for use as a weapon. Once the suckers go past the event horizon, they'll be gone forever.

The Exari decide to construct more structures in the asteroids. It looks like one is making a platform, maybe a docking area, and the other one is starting construction of an unknown object on the side of the asteroid.

Was I to declare for the first time, what system would I be welcome to barge in on? I figure it's better this way instead of just insinuating myself somewhere.
Also, can anyone recommend something better than Paintbrush for macs? I'm on a borrowed computer and my template/planet is fine, I just don't want to fuck up the systems.

A casual observer might see spacecraft and satellites in orbit, but it is equally obvious that the spacefaring technology of Tanagra cannot exceed impulse speeds.
It stands to reason, however, that this observation goes both ways.

The first drone (was the interceptor, decided to make them drones instead) finishes its work, creating a drone docking area, and some sort of device at the end of it. The drone docking area includes an ore transmit station, allowing ore to be transferred off of the drone after it is done mining it. The second drone, with no ore, cannot construct further, until more of the ore has been mined. Also, the small fighter moves closer to the sun like object, trying to get some scientific research as to what it is. (possibly a fuel source? :O)
