I'm sorry, but "pains unlike any known to man"?
I get these, every day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cluster_headache
I've had them since I was 12 years old. I'm 19 now.
Do the math on how it's affected my personality.

Pain
The pain of cluster headaches is markedly greater than in other headache conditions, including severe migraines; experts have suggested that it may be the most painful condition known to medical science. Female patients have reported it as being more severe than childbirth.Dr. Peter Goadsby, Professor of Clinical Neurology at University College London, a leading researcher on the condition has commented:
"Cluster headache is probably the worst pain that humans experience. I know that’s quite a strong remark to make, but if you ask a cluster headache patient if they’ve had a worse experience, they’ll universally say they haven't. Women with cluster headache will tell you that an attack is worse than giving birth. So you can imagine that these people give birth without anesthetic once or twice a day, for six, eight, or ten weeks at a time, and then have a break. It's just awful."
EDIT: I'm sorry, I didn't realize that I didn't respond to your post. Best of luck on having it figured out. I'm actually going to the doctor's office on Thursday or Friday, maybe sooner. There's a lump that's growing under the skin on my stomach area, I hope to god it's not cancer. Please let it not be cancer. -.-
Ugh, I get stomach pains all the time but the doctor passed it off as "growing pains". The pains happen randomly and sometimes trigger tunnel vision, vision fading, hearing fading, gaseous feelings, and just unpleasantness.
Not to sound like a jerk, but this would be an awesome episode for House.
If you start developing any other symptons like weight loss or other out of the GI track symptons, like your eye starts to hurt and you get rashes over your skin, get tested for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chron%27s .
Those symptons also don't necessarily always show up, so if your symptons stay, get tested anyway. It manifests in teens and 20s (and 50s to 70s).

Also extreme fatigue - that was a big problem for me.
It does sound pretty much like what i experienced when i was diagnosed with Crohn's, but it should have shown up in blood tests with lower haemoglobin and other things. You might have to get a colonoscopy and/or endoscopy too see what's going on.
I had this over the summer; they ended up scanning me for appendicitis. I actually had Mesenteric lymphadenitis, which is the inflammation of lymph nodes in your abdomen. I was extremely depressed last summer and was having problems with anxiety and anxiety attacks, so this seems very close.
Vomiting is fun if you don't remember it in the following morning and you don't have to clean it up.

Are you a masochist? Vomiting sucks.
And you don't have to clean it up if you aim for the toilet. :smug:
Appendicitis maybe. Or an intestinal obstruction. Maybe even gastroenteritis. Hell. Facepunch isn't a doctor. GO TO THE DOCTOR.
and not this one
I once had really bad stomach problems, it felt like I was being stabbed in the gut and it kept me up for hours. Went to the doctor, took morphine that didn't help. And it turned out that I was constipated... :sigh:
Big mistake by your doctor too. Morphine CAUSES Constipation.. Enjoy your enema!

Be aware of people wielding one of these And a tub of astroglide..
I feel for you OP, I'd say your brave but I don't know, you don't have an easy way out of this to take but don't choose to.
True story, I had appendicitus a couple of years a go, my parents didn't take me in for two days as i just thought i was ill, that was the day I found out i had a low pain sensitivity, no everything seems to not hurt as much.
did you ever take Accutane or other ungodly powerful anti-acne medications?
I ended up with a similar problem (no where near as severe) after taking a form of Accutane, apparently enough people have had problems that they're pursuing a big lawsuit against the makers of the meds.

-Intense abdominal pain(across entire abdomen)
-Heartburn sensation

Interestingly enough, appendicitis or panic attacks both have the "power" to cause all of your symptoms.
But so do drug overdoses, drinking contaminated water containing human or animal wastes (usually untreated tap water or water from rivers/wells which have a specific bacteria that causes this) and a dozen more other diseases/bacteria/infections/etc
Most likely what you have though is IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), it's not clear why it exists at all but doctors suspect it's an error in the brain transmitting signals to your body, basically it's a neurological problem with physical symptoms. Also, the only good way to see if you have it is to stick one of those tubes with a camera all the way down to your stomach, which would explain why they haven't found what's wrong with you yet.

I was actually tested for Chrons, no tests indicated it, only symptons.

I'm seeing a GI specialist soon, and IBS is definitely on the top of the list for possibilities here. As I said, I have a preexisting anxiety disorder, and often experience panic attacks during these episodes.
Here, drink this it will help.

Thanks, man. Just a quick update, I'm still getting abdominal pain, and likely will for the rest of the week until the damage from Monday is all repaired.

I have this, All-the-fucking-time.
Sounds very similar to what i have had since i was 13 (now 24), extreme abdominal pain leading to severe Diarrhea, minus the vomiting. All the doctors i have ever been too told me that i have severe I.B.S. I refuse to take the medications that the doctor prescribed me because they would give me bad headaches, nausea, and drowsiness so i sought alternative medicines aka marijuana (i am legal to posses MMJ in my home state of California) either vaporized or made into edibles and well..as long as i take my "medication" at least once every other day i haven't experienced any of my previous symptoms in at least 2 years.
OP, are you Kurt Cobain?
ok shit i have the same symptons
fuck this
Well, try not the vomit during the Regents.
I had very bad stomach pains while on antibiotics, apparently they were killing the good bacteria in my intestines so i got a UTI, and intestine infection. fucking hurts
I get stomach pains.
Really bad ones.
I have to eat constantly to try and fight em.
It's like there's a black hole inside me stealing my fucking food :argh:
I had this for about a year and after going to the doctor, was diagnosed with IBS. When it kept getting worse and worse, I finally took matters into my own hands and tried a gluten-free, lactose-free diet. (Celiac disease runs in both sides of my family, so it was a possibility).
After about 2 days of this hopelessly boring diet, I felt better than I had in literally a decade. Knowing the symptoms and signs of celiac (since I'm around my cousins with celiac) I knew that I most likely did NOT have that (thank HEAVENS) and continued on with simply a lactose free diet. Since then, I've kept it up and either avoid foods with lactose in them completely or take lactase supplements if I don't. Finally after about 5 months I was able to start eating cheese without any supplements (proper cheese is aged and the process gets rid of nearly all the lactose anyways.) I still have to take 18000 mg lactase if I eat anything with any decent amount of milk in it, but otherwise I'm fine. I also keep immodium on hand for times when I accidentally eat something that has lactose in it. The one issue with lactose intolerance is that generally when you have diarrhea, all the lactase in your intestines gets washed out, so it's a bit of a vicious cycle. Given the issues you have, I'd say at the very least you do have temporary lactose intolerance and you should treat it and see if that doesn't help anything.
Celiac disease is another possibility. The main symptoms that you'd notice right now are significant abdomen bloating and fatty stools. When you do go to the bathroom, do you see a layer of fat on the surface of the toilet water? That's a pretty classic symptom of celiac disease, although I do get it from time to time to and I'm not celiac. Other things to note are if you have any Northern European ancestry and if you get sick a lot more than other people your age.
There's also a lot of speculation that IBS is just a blanket term for people with food allergies or bad gut bacteria. If you do go the route of food allergy testing, you need to make sure that they test for GI intolerance since allergy testing usually involves testing for skin reactions. You'll need to have blood drawn for these tests: you won't just be able to get a skin prick.
I hope you feel better, it's no fun literally feeling shitty all the time. :frown:
