I normally go barefoot but I realized the pain of heated cement and asphalt today. Shit sucks man, good luck with those monster blisters.
I'm fucking dry..
Come with me...
Those are some gnarly blisters dude haha I recommend sitting in the shower baked as fuck and popping those things
I've had boiling oil poured on my feet, got 2nd degree burns and couldn't walk properly for a few months. Whatever you do (despite what others have said), do not look the dog directly in the eye - when you look a dog in the eye the dog may consider you to be challenging it. If a dog is barking at you and you wish to show it you are alpha, you can stare it down but if the dog can be prone to violence towards you (especially if it does not already seem to like you) then that's not a very good idea because it might result in it attacking you (however if you're friends with a dog, then the dog wants eye contact with you to know you approve of it, and love it). The best advice I can give you is force the dog to spend time with you, make it come out for walks with you, the dog needs to learn that it depends on you somewhat. My dog was a bit mad when we first got her but there are little tricks to making the creatures respect you. Really, if you are determined for the animal to like you then it would be easier to just google the problem. Oh yeah and for your feet bath them in cold salt water and cut open those blisters to remove the liquid. [editline]23rd July 2011[/editline] Looking at those blister burns ignore my advice on cutting those blisters, they are far worse than I first anticipated, you can feel pain however so that's good. You need to wash them in ice cold salt water with soap (making sure the water is clean too). I think you have a minor 1st degree burn so its not all bad. Never put grease, ointments, lotions, antiseptics, or herbs other than aloe on a burn. [editline]23rd July 2011[/editline] You need to wash your feet straight away to stop the risk of those blisters becoming infected (and seeing you've been running bare foot? Your feet have all sorts of bacteria on them).
You didn't have it poured on you... You fell over while frying chips.

to add to what Vasili said about the dog: when you go to it, dont stand straight up, approach it with your back to it and with peanut butter. Sit down and make sure your back is to it. Slowly scoot toward him with the food but stop a few feet away. Then show the food. DO NOT reach the food toward him/her, make the curiosity of the animal get him to you. When he gets closer bring the food slowly closer to you that way it makes him have to trust you more by making him come closer to you. Then when he is close enough let him nibble on the food a little (dont let him take the food and retreat). Do not pet him until he eats the food. It takes a while for them to trust you enough to touch them so do this exercise a few times before petting him. Also DO NOT talk to it, dont make silly noises to coax him. If you've read Cesar Millan or even watched the show you will know that its smell, sight, then sound. Calling him by the name will do nothing also. If you are a good trainer you can control your dog by mere facial and body expressions. Thats how i trained my dogs. Also when your feet heal, walk your dog. Lead your dog, thats how they learn to trust you and obey you.
This is fucking awesome advice. I will definately do this.
you should try reading one of his books, teaches you a lot about how dogs socialize and interact. Very interesting how their hierarchy works in a pack and also how to lead your own.
